This is an example, you can change as you want.

Some courses want to spend more time on certain issues like better off calculations and so the times are agreed and altered.

The full day course allows more time for case examples and discussion.

3 hour course - example timetable

10.00  Introduction  and overview of the QBC: how it works, how to enter information, what the screens do, how to get help.

11. 30 Cases covering benefits and tax credits. 

12.45 Course review and how to use the information to learn more about other QBC features.

13.00 Finish

Welfare Benefits Training

Training is provided for those who are new to benefits as well as refresher courses. Advanced courses are available for Personal Independence Payment, Attendance Allowance and Disability Living Allowance for children. 

A wide range of courses are available.

Lisson Grove Benefits Program Training (LGBP)

A half day course on the Lisson Grove Benefits Progam. The aim of the course is to explain how to use the program efficiently and effectively. There is no need for a full a day course 

Courses include a description of the program, how to use it and we work through some case problems, discuss cases and answers. The straightforward 'question and answer' style of the program means that we can quickly look at the program and then spend more time on cases.
